One Day vaginal Suppository Treatment of Trichomonas Vaginitis with 1 gm of Ornidazole ( "Tiberal" )

Abstract
|

|
1) Forty-eight of vaginities caused by trichomonas, which were confirmed by direct smear specimen examinations after one week and following the first menstrual period showed 72.2% and 64.29% negative findings respectively. 2) findings showed that a large number of the patients were in the 30-40 year age group and many in the patient distribution were sexually mature. 3) A large number of the distribution had one to three child-births One wonders of some importance can be attached to the number of childbirths recently. 4) Follwing treatmet, the subjective symptoms of awareness of the vagina and the cervix were markedly improved. While there was some improvement in the discharge after the first week, there was no sign of futrher improvement after the first menst-ruation. 5) After medication for nausea, there were almost no further ill effects (sideeffects).
